RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANN OLESKY TO THE
IMMOKALEE ENTERPRISE ZONE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Ordinance No. 95-22 establishing the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency
pursuant to Section 290.001, et seq'r Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 95-22 provides that the Immokalee Enterprise Zone
Development Agency shall consist of not fewer than eight (8) or more than thirteen
(13) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTYr FLORIDAr that Ann Olesky is hereby appointed
to the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term plus an additional 4 year term, said term to expire on April 4, 2007.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
