RESOLUTION NO. 2002-425
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ESMERALDA "ESSIE" SERRATA
TO THE WORKFORCE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 2001-042 establishing the Workforce Housing Advisory
Committee as an Ad Hoc Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2001-42 provides that the Workforce Housing Advisory
Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Workforce Housing Advisory Committee has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Esmeralda "Essie" Serrata is hereby appointed to
the Workforce Housing Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term,
said term to expire on June 26, 2003.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
