RESOLUTION NO. 2009-283
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING KRISTI J.
BARTLETT, JUSTIN P. CALDARONE, VICTORIA DI NARDO AND
JOHN HERBERT MITCHELL TO THE COLLIER COUNTY
CONSUMER ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, on May 26, 2009, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 2009-27, which established the Collier County Consumer Advisory Board for the
purpose of hearing public consumer issues and any appeals from adverse administrative
decisions as it relates to a public vehicle license permit; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-27, the Advisory Board shall consist of five
members; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial appointments to the
Collier County Consumer Advisory Board are as follows:
I. KRISTI .I. BARTLETT is hercby appointed for a four-year term, said term to expire on
December 1,2013.
2. JUSTIN P. CALDARONE is hereby appointed for a three-year term, said term to expire
on Decembcr 1,2012.
3. VICTORIA DI NARDO is hereby appointed for a three-year term, said term to expire on
Deccmber I, 2012.
4. JOHN HERBERT MITCHELL is hereby appointed for a two-year term, said term to
expire on December I, 20 II.
