Holding co. of Miami,Inc.,d/b/a S.R.Holdings Inc., (the "Ceti-tractor") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County"): WHEREAS, on May 22, 2018, (Agenda Item 16.C.5), the County entered into an Agreement with Contractor to supply and deliver for lease,one mobile production kitchen trailer cook unit and one mobile preparation kitchen trailer unit to the east parking lot of the Collier County Main Jail, Building J1, located at 3319 Tamiami Trail East,Naples, Florida, 34112; and WHEREAS,on January 11,2019,the parties executed Amendment 1 to revise Section 22. Payments Withheld,to correct a scrivener's error by replacing the word"Contractor"with"County;" and WHEREAS,on May 13,2019,the parties administratively extended the agreement through August 20, 2019; and WHEREAS,the parties desire to further extend the contract term, provide changes to the scope of services and add additional pricing related to the revised scope.
