TAX DEED AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority on this day personally appeared Richard Franklin
Berman, Trustee, of Richard Franklin Berman Revocable Trust of 2012, ("Affiant") who after being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
That I acquired title to the below described property by a Tax Deed from Collier County Clerk of the
Circuit Court or County Comptroller dated June 1, 1995.
I have paid the taxes on the subject lands continuously since that date.
There has been no possession adverse to the Tax Deed.
That the owners previous to the Tax Deed, or anyone claiming through him/her has not been in actual
possession of the subject lands for one year or more following the issuance of the tax deed, said tax
deed having been recorded in Official Records Book 3115, Page 2117, of the Public Records of
Collier County, State of Florida.
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 76, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 91,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE
30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This Affidavit is given for the purpose of Assurance Title Agency, LLC to close a real estate
transaction and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company to issue title insurance in the
referenced matter.
Affiant is familiar with the nature of an oath and with the penalties as provided by the laws of the
State of Florida for falsely swearing to statements in an instrument of this nature. Affiant affirms that
he has read the foregoing affidavit and fully understand the acts contained herein.
