EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve Releases relating to two (2) Orders of the Special
Magistrate against properties owned by Roberto Bollt, Trustee, Orange Tree
Association.
OBJECTIVE:
To approve execution and recording of two (2) Releases acknowledging compliance and
recovery of fines and fees related to Orders of the Special Magistrate against properties
owned by Roberto Bollt, Trustee, Orange Tree Association.
CONSIDERA TIONS:
The proposed Releases are intended to officially cancel any interest Collier County may
have arising out of certain Orders of the Special Magistrate recorded against Roberto
Bollt, Trustee, Orange Tree Association properties between August 24, 2007, and
February 22, 2008. Roberto Bollt, Trustee, Orange Tree Association has complied with
all requirements of the Orders and paid all associated fees/fines prior to formal liens being
placed against the properties. Roberto Bollt, Trustee, Orange Tree Association, however,
is requesting the Releases to eliminate any claim of lien that may be implied by the Orders
ofthe Special Magistrate.

FISCAL IMPACT:
Costs incurred by the County are costs of recording the Releases estimated to be $10.00
per release, totaling $20.00, which is budgeted and available in the current fiscal year
Code Enforcement budget.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT:
This request will have no impact on the County's Growth Management Plan.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:
This item is legally sufficient for Board action. -JW
RECOMMENDA TION:
Tha~ the Board of County Commissioners approve, and authorize the Chairman to sign,
the attached Releases.

RELEASE
This is to certify that any interest Collier County may have arising out of the
Order of the Special Magistrate dated August 3, 2007, a certified copy of which was
recorded on August 24, 2007, in O.R. Book 4274, Pages 467, et seq., of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida, against the real and personal property owned by
Roberto BoUt, Trustee of Orange Tree Association, which are the subject of Collier
County Code Enforcement Case No. PU-29S9, has been discharged in full.
The matters referenced in the Order are not considered ongoing violations.
The undersigned is authorized to and does hereby release any interest
Collier County may have to the real and personal property owned by Roberto Bollt,
Trustee of Orange Tree Association, and consents to this Release.
