RESOLUTION NO. 2002-95
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.

WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the
Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies in the regular member and business
categories; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNlY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Rhona E. Saunders Is hereby reappointed under the Business category to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board for the remainder of the vacant term, said term
to expire on February 14, 2005.
2. Diane Taylor is hereby reappointed under the regular member category to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board for the remainder of the vacant term, said term
expiring on February 14, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County hereby waives the provisions of Section Seven B. of Ordinance No. 2001-55,
relating to a limitation of two consecutive terms of office, for the purpose of
reappointment of Diane Taylor to this Committee.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
