Resolution 2019-101 RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 101
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CHLOE BOWMAN AS
AN ALTERNATE MEMBER ON THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, May 8, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No.
2007-44, the Consolidated Code Enforcement Ordinance, which established the Collier County
Code Enforcement Board to hear and decide cases in which violations are alleged of any
provision of Collier County codes or ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2007-44, as amended, provides that the Code Enforcement
Board shall be comprised of seven regular members and two alternate members and, when
possible, shall include one or more members from specified classifications; and
WHEREAS, there are two vacant alternate seats on the Code Enforcement Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, staff has provided the Board with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that CHLOE BOWMAN be
appointed as an alternate member on the Code Enforcement Board, to serve the remainder of a
term expiring on February 14, 2022.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 1 Ph day of June, 2019.
