You have failed to timely abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of FIFTY-FIVE ($55.00) DOLLARS and an administrative cost of Two-hundred ($200.00) dollars for a total of TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY- FIVE ($255.00) DOLLARS. Such cost, by Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, shall become a lien on your property when recorded after approval by the Board.
