GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: This request will have no impact on the County's Growth Management Plan. LEGAL CONSIDERATION: This request has been reviewed for legal sufficiency and has no outstanding legal considerations. All the Release and Satisfaction of Liens involve payment in full. This item is not quasi-judicial and no ex parte disclosures are required.
