WHEREAS, the advent of 0 birth is 0 very special occasion filled with joy on" wonder os 0 baby
is welcome" into the worl": and,
WHEREAS, parents Aggie on" Mar/US Krolczynski foun" that joy on July 24th welcoming their
second child Ethan Gregory, but in circumstances that were challenging an" stressful:

WHEREAS, by providence, Aggie and MaritlS foun" themselves at the Big Corkscrew Fire and
Rescue Station J 0 on Immolcalee Roo" and in the very capable presence of Collier
County Emergency Medical Services an" Big Corkscrew Fire Deportment personnel:

WHEREAS, the residents of Collier County are fortunate in the breadth and depth of their
emergency response personnel, and on July 24''' Aggie an" Mar/us, along with baby
Ethan Gregory, discovered how quick thinking, responsive, and professional these
dedicated individuals can be in a situation beyond the norm: one/,
WHEREAS, because the birth was imminent, the resources of the fire station and skills of its
personnel allowed far the safe delivery of baby Ethan Gregory at the fire station:
and,
WHEREAS, this proclamation celebrates the joy and gratefulness of Aggie and MaritlS for the
safe delivery af Ethan Gregory, and the proclamation salutes the two teams, Collier
County Emergency Medical Services, and Big Cypress Fire Department, that
demonstrated true professionalism.
NOW THEREFORE, be it proclaimed by the Boord af County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, that we congratulate Aggie and Marius Krolczynski and welcome Ethan
Gregory, the baby brother of big sister Emily, and solute the Collier County teams
