A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
GOLDEN GATE AREA MASTER PLAN RESTUDY ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution No. 2001-90 creating the Golden Gate Area Master Plan RestUdy Advisory
Committee as an ad hoc advisory committee; and
WHEREAS, the Golden Gate Area Master Plan Restudy Advisory Committee (the
"Committee") is to be comprised of ten (10) members from a broad base of citizens and
business owners in the regulatory area of the Golden Gate Area Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with
its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Robert Ducharme is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Area Master Plan
Restudy Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to
expire on June 26, 2002.
2. Ann Ward is hereby apPOinted to the Golden Gate Area Master Plan Restudy
Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on
June 26, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
