Horseshoe Drive Naples, FL 34104 RE: Entrance of Camden Cove/Brittany Bay communities on Collier Blvd. Dear Mr. Caslangui<k Pw:suant to our conversation on August 4, 2008, please note that I have Since been in contact with the developer of both Camden. Cove (Vanderbilt Place) and Brittany Bay communities, Concord .Maru1gement It continues to be our position that the county should have constructed a median cut to permit efficient ingress and egress for our communal entnlnce/exit Not only are hundreds of people hampered by the supplementary manipulations necessary to exit with intent to go northbound and enter going northbound, but we clearly see this failure to plan a median cut as a significant safety hazard As I have mentione<L too many complaints from our residents has obliged us in good faith to pursue obtaining a median cut in front of our entrance/exit We intend shortly to bring this matter to the Board of County Commissioners attention. I earnestly would hope that your department will cooperate in doing everything possible to rectify this problem. I thank you for having discussed with me the possibilities of resolving this matter.
