Resolution 2004-368 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-368 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER COUNTY HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD. 9A WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37, creating the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board, provided that the Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) members; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No. 91-37 by providing that the Advisory Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. Cosme E. Perez is hereby appointed to the Collier County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25, 2005. 2. Raymond Cabral is hereby appointed to the Collier County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25, 2005. 3. James Alward VanFleet is hereby appointed to the Collier County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25, 2006. 4. Manual C. Gonzalez is hereby appointed to the Collier County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25,2007.
