A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.03, FLORIDA
STATUTES, REQUIRING THE FY 06 TENT A TIVE BUDGETS OF THE
SHERIFF, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND THE
SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BY MA Y 1,2005.
WHEREAS, Chapter 129, Florida Statutes, addressing the County annual budget,
provides specifically in Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Board of County
Commissioners may, by resolution, require the tentati ve budgets of the Sheriff, the Clerk of
the Circuit Court and the Supervisor of Elections to be submitted by May 1 of each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, pursuant to Section 129.03,
Florida Statutes, that the Sheriff, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the Supervisor of
Elections of the County of Collier, Florida, are hereby required to submit their respective
tentative budgets for the FY 06 fiscal year to the Board of County Commissioners by May 1,
2005.
This Resolution shall be effective upon its adoption.
This Resolution adopted this 28th day of September, 2004, after motion, second and
majority vote favoring same.
