This correspondence constitutes a Public Records Request, pursuant to Florida Statutes,
Section 119.011 et seq., for the review and possible copying of the following:
Any and all billing records and documents, [as defined below], from May 2007 through the
present, ("present" being defined as the date of delivery of the requested public records or
the agreed date of review of same, whichever is later] that refer to, show, or pertain to any
and all costs incurred and money spent by the Clerk in the follo\\ing cases:
1. Collier County v. Dwight Brock, Clerk of Courts, Case Nos. 07-1056-CA; 2D08-

2. Dwight Brock, Clerk of Courts v. Collier County, et aI., Case Nos. 04-94l-CA-

In particular, please provide the billing records, invoices, and copies of all and any warrants, checks
and documents evidencing any payments, obligations for payment, agreements, contracts, and
memoranda of understanding for representation and/or consultation, between the Office of the
Clerk of Courts or Dwight Brock between and among the following persons and entities:

For purposes of this public records request, the following definition of "docwnents" applies:
The term "docwnent" when used herein, means all originals of any nature
whatsoever, identical copies, and all non-identical copies thereof, pertaining to
any mediwn upon which intelligence or information is recorded in your
possession, custody, or control regardless of where located; including without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, printout sheets, slides, photographs,
notes, letters, memoranda, e-mails, ledgers, worksheets, books of account,
brochures, circulars, proofs, sheets, books, magazines, notebooks, diaries,
calendars, appointment books, registers, charts, tables, papers, agreements,
contracts, purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, authorizations, budgets,
analyses, projections, transcripts, minutes of meetings of any kind,
correspondence, telegrams, drafts, data processing discs or tapes, and computer
produced interpretations thereof, instructions, announcements, schedules, price
lists, and mechanical or electrical sound recordings and transcripts thereof. In all
cases, where originals and/or non-identical copies are not available, docwnent
also means identical copies of original docwnents and copies of non-identical
copIes.
