Resolution 2019-093 RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 93
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING BARBARA
BELL AND JOHN GOODY TO THE FOREST LAKES ROADWAY
AND DRAINAGE ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-16 established the Forest Lakes Roadway
and Drainage Advisory Committee to aid and assist the Board of County Commissioners in
carrying out the purposes of the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Municipal Service Taxing
Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 92-16 provides that this Advisory Committee shall be
composed of five members who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, two seats on this committee expired on April 21, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee has provided
the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that BARBARA BELL and JOHN
GOODY, as residents within the MSTU, are each hereby reappointed to the Forest Lakes
Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee to four-year terms expiring on April 21, 2023.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 28th day of May, 2019.
