Deviation from the followina develooment standards is reauested:
1. Eliminate masonry wail reauirement for the oerimeter of the school based on
security concerns.
2. Reduce the reauirement for sidewalks on the oerimeter to of the orooertv to
iust 53 rd SI. SW.
3. Eliminate oerimeter bufferina reauirements for security reasons.
