RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 190
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE DESIGNATION OF COLLIER COUNTY'S FEDERAL
TRANSIT ADMINSTRATlON (FTA) SECTION 5307 FORMULA FUNDS FOR THE BONITA
SPRINGS AREA TO THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners has the authority to enter into
an agreement with Lee County to designate the recipient of FT A Section 5307 funds for a portion of
Bonita Springs - Naples, FI Urbanized Area shared by Collier and Lee County; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD THAT:
1. Collier County be designated as the recipient of the FT A Section 5307 Formula Funds for the
Bonita Springs - Naples, FL Urbanized Area
2. The FT A Section 5307 Funds allocated to the Bonita Springs - Naples, FI Urbanized Area be
equitably shared as follows:
FY - 04
$120,000
$842,701
Lee County
Collier County
FY -05 and after:
Based on the Urbanized Area Allocation Formula published by the
Federal Transit Administration
3. This Agreement will remain in effect until modified or rescinded by the Collier County Board of
County Commissioners.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this _ day
