RESOLUTION NO. 2003-16
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION TRANSFER SURPLUS PROPERTY ALONG US-41 TO
COLLIER COUNTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES VIA QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners has determined
that is in the best interest of the citizens of Collier County for the County to take
possession and control of certain property from the State of Florida Department of
Transportation designated as Exhibit "A" (attached hereto and made a part hereof); and
WHEREAS, this property is described as Florida Department of Transportation
Right of Way Parcel 119 (Part), Section 03010-2554,; and
WHEREAS, this property is to be conveyed for Public Purpose use only.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Collier County Board of
County Commissioners does hereby request the Florida Department of Transportation
quitclaim unto Collier County all right, title and interest in and to that certain property
described in Exhibit "A."
