EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to adopt a Resolution to approve the Satisfaction of Licn for the Solid
Waste residential account whcrein the County has received payment and said Lien is satisfied
in full for the 1992 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment. Fiscal
impact is $28.50 to record the Satisfaction of Lien.
OBJECTIVE: Adopt a Resolution approving the Satisfaction of Lien for the residcntial account
where the County has received payment in full for the 1992 Solid Waste Collection Services
Special Assessment.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Resolution No, 94-668 adopted by the Board on September 20, 1994 provided for the recording of
the list of 1992 delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special assessment and a
mailing of a written notice of the imposition of each residential unit lien, Resolution No, 94-668
was recorded on September 22, 1994 in Official Record Book 1986, Pages 766 through 942 of the
Official Records of Collier County, Florida, which placed a lien on certain residential properties for
the 1992 Solid Waste Collection Services Special Assessments,
Collier County Ordinance No, 90-30, as amended, provides the Satisfaction of Lien shall be
approved by Resolution,
The attached Resolution lists one account that has paid in full for the 1992 Solid Waste Collection
Services Special Assessment Lien,
FISCAL IMPACT: The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfaction of Licn and the Resolution is
approximately $28,50, which is to be charged to County Watcr/Scwer Operating Fund (408),
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:, This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency and there are
no outstanding legal considerations, This item is not quasi-judicial, and as such, ex parte
disclosures are not required, This item rcquires a simple majority vote, and is legally sufficient for
Board action, -JW
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated
with this item,
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners adopt the attach cd Resolution
approving one Satisfaction of Lien for the account listed in the Resolution and authorizing the
Chairman to sign the one Satisfaction of Lien for the 1992 Solid Waste Collection Services Special
Assessment Lien,

RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTIONS OF LIEN
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL,
THE 1992 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No, 90~30, as amended, the Board
of County Commissioners on September 13, 1994, adopted Resolution No, 94~668 authorizing
the recording of notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services
special assessments for 1992; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No, 90~30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts that
have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No, 90-30, as amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1992 Service Year Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Special
Assessments for the following accounts numbered below, subsequent to the adoption of
Resolution No, 94-668 whereupon liens have been recorded on real property pertaining to the
accounts identified hcrein,
The Satisfactions of Lien attached hereto referencing the accounts identified herein are
hereby approved and the Chaimlan is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners and the Clerk arc directed to record this Resolution and these Satisfactions of Lien
individually in the official records of Collier County:
