EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and accept revenue for Collier Area Transit in the
amount of $1,200.00 and to approve needed budget amendments.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and accept revenue in the amount of $1,200.00 for Collier
Area Transit and to approve needed budget amendments.
CONSIDERATION: A bus bench located on Rattlesnake Hammock Road was
damaged during road construction. Collier County Alternative Transportation Modes
Department received a check from the road construction company in the amount of
$] ,200.00 for the damaged bench.
A budget amendment is needed to recognize the $1.200.00 revenue in Fund 426 Project
60083 for benches.
FISCAL IMPACT: To approve the budget amendment in the amount of $],200.00 for
bus benches in Fund 426-60083.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been reviewed by the County Attorney's
Office, does not present a legal issue for review and requires only a majority vote for
approval.-SRT

GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: Consistent with the Transportation Elements
in Objectives 10 and 12 of the Growth Management Plan.
RECOMMENDA nON: That the Board of County Commissioners recognizes and
accepts revenue in the amount of$I,200.00 for Collier Area Transit and approve needed
budget amendments.
