RESOLUTION NO. 2003-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, GRANTING AN IMPACT FEE WAIVER ON BEHALF OF
COLLIER HEALTH SERVICES, INCORPORATED, A SPECIFIED TAX
EXEMPT, NOT-FOR-PROFIT, CHARITABLE ENTITY, IN THE AMOUNT OF
SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County adopted the current impact fee waiver provisions for charitable
organizations by application of Ordinance No. 200 I-54, thereby amending the Chapter
74 of the Collier County Code of Laws and Ordinances, as previously amended by
Ordinance No. 2001-13 - (The Collier County Consolidated Impact Fee Ordinance);
and
WHEREAS, Collier Health Services, Incorporated has submitted an application
for impact fee waiver in conformance with the application requirements of the Section
74-203 (i) of the Collier County Consolidated Impact Fee Ordinance, for the amount of
$7,500; and
WHEREAS, County staff has reviewed said application and, having found it
complete and the applicant eligible for waiver, has by Executive Summary
recommended approval by the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The application for impact fee waiver for Collier Health Services, Incorporated
is approved and said waiver is granted in the amount of $7,500.
THIS RESOLUTION is adopted after motion, second and majority vote
