OBJECTIVE: That the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approves, and authorizes the Chainnan to sign, the attached Delegation of Authority to Act as Certifying Officer form designating the Director of Housing and Human Services as the Certifying Officer for Environmental Reviews required for federally funded grant projects. The attached Delegation of Authority to Act as Certifying Officer form has been provided to Collier County to designate the local Certifying Officer and for compliance with 24 CFR Part 58 - Environmental Review Procedures for Entities Assuming HUD Environmental Responsibilities.
