CONSIDERA TIONS: Pursuanf to Resolufion No. 99-410, fhe Board of County
Commissioners has defennined thaf attendance af fhe funcfions of frafernal, business,
environmental, educational, charitable, social, professional, trade, homeowners, ethnic,
and civic association/organizations serYes a valid public purpose, provided fhaf said
functions reasonably relate fo Collier County matters.
