RESOLUTION NO. 2003-228
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT JON FURY TO
THE LAKE TRAFFORD RESTORATION TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-18, establishing the lake Trafford Restoration Task
Force; and
WHEREAS, the lake Trafford Restoration Task Force is composed of fourteen (14)
members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee for the Florida Fish and
Wildlife Conservation Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received a recommendation to
appoint Jon Fury to this committee as a representative of Florida Fish and Wildlife
Conservation Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Jon Fury, representing
the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, is hereby appointed to the Lake
Trafford Restoration Task Force to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to
expire on April 23, 2006.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
