As part of the executive summary and presentation, Staff recommended and subsequently gained, authorization from the Board to (a) determine whether lmmokalee Disposa~ Inc.'s petition had any merit; (b) prepare written recommendations concerning Immokalee Disposal, Inc.'s petition; and, (c) present Staffs recommendations to the Board for review and approval at a future public meeting. Immokalee Disposal - A CHOICE company will at this time no longer pursue our request for an Extraordinary Rate Increase. However, we would like the same consideration as District I to include a provision in the contract to allow adjustments based on future increases in the cost of fuel. Please keep me informed of any developments in this regard. I appreciate you and your staffs' hard work and professionalism during these arduous discussions and negotiations.
