FISCAL IMPACT:
The only expense incurred by the County is the cost of recording the Releases and
Satisfactions, which is to be approximately $] 0.00 per release, totaling $] 90.00. Funds
are budgeted and available in the current tiscal year in the Code Enforcement budget.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT ]MPACT:
This request will have no impact on the County's Growth Management Plan.
LEGAL CONSIDER.\T10N:
These items are not quasi-judicial and thus require no ex-parte disclosure. Additionally,
these items require a simple majority vote. These items have been reviewed and are
legally sufficient for Board action. (mmss)
