Current Project Status:
Drainage in median is completed, paved 5.5 mile from inside lanes, completing lime rock
base and curb north of Business Circle Road. The lighting is installed on approximately
% of the project. The signalization is scheduled to be completed by the end of February.
Pathway construction was delayed due to the overlapping work with Ackermann, the
utility contractor installing water line for Utility Division, but it is now underway and
proceeding quickly. Based on days to original dollars contractor is approximately 14%
behind but the majority of dollars is in milling and paving. These activities are yet to
come and should bring the percentage in line for on time completion.

The Roadway construction of the project is progressing within 8% of our original
schedule. The project did not progress as quickly as anticipated due to significant rainfall
during the summer months. The pathway portion of the project ran into delays which
have caused an overall delay to the project, most of these delays have been resolved and
the pathway is progressing quickly. Outside of the percentages of time and money
presented to the Board we feel the current progress of this is going well. The project has
been a cooperative effort between Better Roads, KCCS, and Collier County.
