Resolution 2003-214 RESOLUTION NO. 2003-214 t9B A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE LIVINGSTON ROAD - PHASE II BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, on December 11, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2001-76, establishing the Livingston Road - Phase II Beautification Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2001-76 provides that the Committee shall be composed of five (5) members who permanently reside within the Livingston Road Phase II Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2003-12, to increase the membership from 5 to 7 members. WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) vacancies on this Committee for the locations of Kensington and landscape Florida. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. John Dowd, representing the Kensington area, is hereby appointed to the Livingston Road - Phase II Beautification Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 12, 2005. 2. Charles W. Zinn, representing the Kensington area, is hereby appointed to the Livingston Road - Phase II Beautification Advisory Committee for a three year term, said term to expire on February 12, 2006. 3. Scott L. Girard, representing the landscape Florida area, is hereby appointed to the Livingston Road - Phase II Beautification Advisory Committee for a three year term, said term to expire on February 12, 2006.
