A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A STATE OF
FLORlDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LOCAL
AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR THE RESURFACING OF
DA VIS BOULEV ARD NEAR THE COLLIER BOULEVARD
INTERSECTION; PROVTDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
