RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 197
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE }<'LORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
WHEREAS, many median strips within the Florida Department of Transportation
(FDOT) rights-of-way on SR 95 I are capable of receiving and sustaining landscape
beautification features; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners desires to participate
in the beautification of median strips located on SR 95 I, Section 03030, from Mile Post 4.593 to
Mile Post 5.293, a distance of 0.7 miles within Collier County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida that:
I. The Chairman, or in his absence the Vice Chainnan, is authorized to execute a Landscape
Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the FDOT, if awarded.
2. A certified copy of the Resolution shall be forwarded to the FOOT.
