RESOLUTION NO. 2003-160
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
TO APPOINT AND REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO THE HOUSING
FINANCE AUTHORITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County adopted
Ordinance No. 80-66 creating the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida,
pursuant to Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-66 provides that the Housing Finance Authority of
Collier County, Florida shall be composed of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on this board and one member's term
will expire this year, creating a third vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Suzanne Bradach is hereby appointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida, to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June
25, 2007.
2. Gary D. Lind is hereby reappointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida, for a 4 year term, said term to expire on June 25, 2007.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
