A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE
RATES FOR FY 2003-04.
millage rates; and
WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, provides the procedure for fixing the
adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, sets forth the procedure for preparation and
tentative budgets for each of the County's funds; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received and examined the
adoption of the tentative and final millage rates; and
No. 2003-259, approving the County's proposed millage rates and setting the public hearings for
WHEREAS, on July 29, 2003, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
was held on September 4,2003, to adopt the tentative millage rates.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, an advertised public hearing
adopted as the Tentative Millage Rates for FY 2003-04, pursuant to Sections 129.03 and
Millage Rates as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, are hereby
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the FY 2003-04 Tentative
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
200.065, Florida Statues.
This Resolution adopted this ~ day of September 2003, after motion, second and
majority vote.
