A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the
Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members will expire on February 14, 2004, creating
vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Roberta Dusek, representing the category of real estate, is hereby reappointed
as a regular member to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a 3-year term,
said term to expire on February 14, 2007.
2. Clifford Wesley Flegal, Jr., representing the category of real estate, is hereby
reappointed as a regular member to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a 3-
year term, said term to expire on February 14, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County hereby waives the provisions of Section Seven B. of Ordinance No. 2001-55,
relating to a limitation of two consecutive terms of office, for the purpose of
reappointment of Roberta Dusek to this Committee.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
