Resolution 2003-359 RESOLUTION NO. 2003-359 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT OF AMY TAYLOR TO THE COLLIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION. ~ C" WHEREAS, the Collier County Planning Commission was established by Collier County Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended by Collier County Ordinance No. 86-76; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended, repealed and replaced Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended, re-establishing the Collier County Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended, provides that the Collier County Planning Commission shall be composed of nine (9) members representing the five commission districts; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2003-1, amending Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended, provides that there shall be a representative of the school district appointed by the School Board; and WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy in the School Board representative category; and WHEREAS, the School Board of Collier County has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its nominee for confirmation to the Collier County Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Amy Taylor is hereby confirmed for appointment as a non-voting School Board representative to the Collier County Planning Commission for a four-year term, said term to expire on October 1, 2007.
