12 Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 89-449, Laws
13 of Florida, is amended to read:
14 Section 4. Enforcement. A citation issued by a
15 county park enforcement officer (park ranger) under the
16 provisions of this act shall be in a form prescribed by the
17 board of county commissioners. Such citations shall state
18 the date and time of issuance, name and address of the
19 person in violation, the date of the violation, description
20 of the violation, the Collier County ordinance and section
21 violated, name of the citing county park enforcement officer
22 (park ranger), and a date and time at which the violator
23 shall appear before the Collier County Code Enforcement
24 Special Master in oounty court. The violator may elect a
25 nonmandatory oourt appearance and pay the fine as prescribed
26 by county ordinance.
27 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming
28 a law.
