Fiscal Impact: $93,100.00 To improve current management system for signs, signals, lighting and signal controllers along County roadways 7) Recommendation that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to sign (1) a Landscaping Installation and Maintenance Highway Agreement (Agreement) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for median and roadside landscape improvements along US 41 North, between Immokalee Road and Wiggins Pass Road; and (2) a FDOT -required Resolution evidencing that the Board has approved and authorized the Chairman to sign this Agreement. Resolution 2006-52 2) Recommendation to adopt a Resolution to approve the Satisfactions of Lien for Solid Waste residential accounts wherein the County has received payment and said Liens are satisfied in full for the 1992 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments.
