RESOLUTION NO. 2005-414
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT JENNIFER
HECKER TO THE HABITAT CONSERVATION PLAN ADVISORY
COMMIITEE
WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution No. 2005-174 establishing a Habitat Conservation Plan Advisory Committee
as an ad hoc committee; and
WHEREAS, the Habitat Conservation Plan Advisory Committee shall be composed
of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREA, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its

recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNlY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNlY, FLORIDA, that Jennifer Hecker, representing
the categories of Environmental & Ecological Permitting and Land Management, is
hereby appointed to the Habitat Conservation Plan Advisory Committee to fulfill the
remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 14, 2008.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
