RESOLUTION NO. 2005-404
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONMERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT RICHARD E.
LYDON TO THE VANDERBILT BEACH BEAUTIFICATION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2001-43 created the Vanderbilt Beach
Beautification Advisory Committee and provides that the County Commission shall
appoint five (5) members to the Committee; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its
recommendations for appointment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Richard E. Lydon is hereby reappointed to the
Vanderbilt Beach Beautification Advisory Committee for a 4-year term, said term to
expire on November 13, 2009.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
