RESOLUTION NO. 91- 793
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PARAGRAPH FIVE OF
''' RESOLUTION 91-637, A PROVISIONAL USE FOR
PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S
ERROR IN THE PROPERTY'S LEGAL
DESCRIPTION.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of Zoning Appeals
adopted Resolution 91-637, pertaining to the Provisional Use
for Gulf Materials Recovery and Artificial Reefs, Inc. , on
September 10, 1991, and
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Resolution
91-637, staff was advised that a portion of the site's legal
description was incorrect in Paragraph Five of said
Resolution and constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning
Appeals of Collier County, Florida, that the legal
description of Paragraph Five of Resolution 91-637, is hereby
amended, by correcting the legal description to read as
follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS of Collier County, Florida, that the
petition filed by Geoffrey G. Purse of Evers-Purse
Associates, Inc. , representing Gulf Materials
Recovery and Artificial Reefs, Inc., with respect
to the property hereinafter described as:
• The East 495 feet of the West j. ,032.50 feet
of the following described parcel: the South
330 feet of the South k of the North h of the
Northeast h of Section 11, Township 49 South,
Range 25 East, less the East 100 feet for
right-of-way and less the West 1,000 feet as
shown in O.R. Book 569, Page 545, all as
• described in O.R. Book 580, Page 350.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded
in the minutes of this Board.
Commissioner Shanahan offered the
foregoing Resolution and moved for its adoption, seconded by
Commi ;sioner Hasse and upon roll call, the
vote was:
AYES: Catmissioner Shanahan, Commissioner Hasse, Commissioner Volpe,
Camissioner Goodnight
NAYS:
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Caiinissioner Saunders
