WHEREAS,on December 11,2018,the Board of County Commissioners(Board)adopted Ordinance No. 2018-64, which established the Vanderbilt Waterway Municipal Service Taxing Unit(MSTU)to provide dredging services for Vanderbilt Waterway; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2018-64 also created the Vanderbilt Waterway Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee to assist the Board in carrying out the MSTU in accordance with the Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee is structured to have five members, who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee vacancies were duly advertised, and the Board has reviewed the applications; and WHEREAS, the Board wishes to appoint the following initial members to the Advisory Committee for the initial terms set forth in the Ordinance.
