A RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS FOR PETITION AVESMT2005-AR7154 TO
DISCLAIM, RENOUNCE AND VACATE THE COUNTY'S AND THE
PUBLIC'S INTEREST IN THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT CONVEYED
TO COLLIER COUNTY BY SEPARATE INSTRUMENT AND
RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 980, PAGES 1374
THROUGH 1375, AND IN THE IRRIGATION MAIN EASEMENT AS
REFERENCED IN RESOLUTION NO, 92-341, AS RECORDED IN
OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1740, PAGES 919 THROUGH 948,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN
SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 125,OI(t), Florida Statutes, Tamela Wiseman, Esq., as
agent for the petitioner, Meadows at Quail Creek Village Corp" does hereby request the vacation
of the Drainage Easement conveyed to Collier County by separate instrument and recorded in
Official Record Book 980, Pages 1374 through 1375, and in the Irrigation Main Easement as
referenced in Resolution No, 92"341, as recorded in Official Record Book 1740, Pages 919
through 948, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating the
Drainage Easement conveyed to Collier County by separate instrument and recorded in Official
Record Book 980, Pages 1374 through 1375, and in the Irrigation Main Easement as referenced
in Resolution No, 92-341, as recorded in Official Record Book 1740, Pages 919 through 948,
Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the ownership or right
of convenient access of other property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County's interests in the
following described Drainage Easement and in the following described Irrigation Main Easement
be and are disclaimed, renounced and hereby vacated, and this action is declared to be in the
Public's interest and will provide a public benefit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record
