RESOLUTION NO. 2005-160
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT NICK PENNIMAN
TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 99-6 creating the Environmental Advisory
Council; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 99-6 provides that the Environment
Advisory Council shall consist of 9 members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of members will expire creating vacancies on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Nick Penniman is hereby
appointed to the Environmental Advisory Council for a 4 year term, said term to expire
on April 13, 2009.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
