RELATING TO REZONING PROPERTY ' . .
, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida, by the •
enactment of Chapter .67-1246 ,• Laws' of Florida, 'has granted unto •
• • Collier County 'the authority to plan, zone and regulate subdivisions •
. within the unincorporated areas of the County, and in that regard to
• prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan of zoning, to establish and
• adopt regulations and to apply same through zoning of particular
. geographic divisions of the County, among other things, and • .

WHEREAS, the duly appointed and constituted planning
board' for the area hereby effected has held a public hearing after
notice as in said law made and provided, and considered the advis- • •
ability of rezoning the property hereafter' described, and has re-
commended to this Board that said property be rezoned as hereafter •
stated in accord with the comprehensive plan of Collier County, and

WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given oppor-
tunity to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and
the Board having considered all matter presented, • .• '

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
" Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that the property► des-

be and the same hereby Is rezoned to the classification heretofore

• in the minutes of this Board.
