RESOLUTION NO. 200S-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT ERNEST F.
BRETZMANN TO THE GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden Gate Municipal
Services Special Taxing District and provides that the Board of County Commissioners
shall appoint three to five electors residing within the District to serve on the
Committee; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its
recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Ernest F. Bretzmann is hereby reappointed to the
Golden Gate Community Center Advisory Committee for a 2 year term, said term to
expire on December 31,2006.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
