Resolution 2005-097 RESOLUTION NO. 200S-~ A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PLACE AND TIME FOR THE CLERK AND THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO OPEN AND COUNT THE MAIL BALLOTS OF THE NOMINEES TO FILL THE VACANCIES ON THE PELICAN BAY MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING AND BENEFIT UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, in December of 2004, the Board of County Commissioners declared vacancies on the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, a press release was issued and resumes were received to fill the vacancies on the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the list of nominees was published by the Board of County Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Clerk mailed ballots to all of the non-governmental property owners of the class within the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit; and WHEREAS, the Board desires to set the date and time for the counting of the mail ballots to fi II the vacancies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the mail ballots shall be counted by the Clerk with the assistance of the County Attorney's Office on Monday, March 14,2005 at 2:00 P.M. in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers. This Resolution adopted this nnd day of February, 2005 after motion, second and majority vote.
