Resolution 2006-032 RESOLUTION NO. 2006-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate members; and WHEREAS, there are currently 3 vacancies on this Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. David H. Cook, representing the Alternate category, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 14, 2009. 2. Kenneth Kelly, representing the Alternate category, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 14, 2007. 3. Justin DeWitte, formerly an Alternate, is hereby appointed as a regular member under the category of Business Professional to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 14, 2007 This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
