County Attorney Pickworth stated that ho is attempting to obtain ;-- a copy of the proposed lessee's insurance policy to review regarding the matter of liability and that until such time as this matter is cleared up there is to be no further operation of the sightseeing busi- ness at the airport. Upon call for the question, the motion carried 4-0 with Commissioner • Wenzel absent. RESOLUTION RE PETITION PU-77-2-C BY LLOYD SHEEHAN TO PERMIT SUPPORTING COMMERCIAL FACILITIES IN A "TTRV" ZONE - ADOPTED - AGREEMENT ACCEPTED Mr, Art Quinnell, representing the petitioner Lloyd Sheehan, stated that Petition PU-77-2-C is for the purpose of permitting supporting commercial facilities in a "TTRV" zone on property located in Section 12, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, said property having been rezoned earlier in the. mooting by the adoption by the Board of Ordinance No. 77-27. .w Mr. Quinnell said that the request is solely concerned with the utilities and commercial establishments which have a direct bearing on r , the mobile home park. He said the businesses will consist of a small convenience store, beauty shop, and the like. • Director of Community Development Neno Spagna said that the pe- tition has been reviewed by all of the appropriate review boards, that the commercial facilities will be for the general use of the people • within the recreation park, and that it is recommender: .:or approval with stipulations. Commissioner Pistor moved, seconded by Commissioner Wimor and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Wenzel absent, that the resolution re- garding Petition PU-77-2-C be adopted, and that the agreement to the stipulations by the petitioners be accepted. Lands utilized for convenience commercial facilities shall not exceed 4.15 acres in size as required by the Zoning Regulations. 5.
