Pursuant to City Ordinance 2018-2, the County shall collect the appropriate fees as established in the Growth Management Department Development Services Fee Schedule, Resolution No. 2017-251, as may be amended from time to time, and pay the City for the portion of work completed by the City in accordance with this paragraph. The County will provide the City monthly fee collection reports. If the City requests changes, the County will review the request and make adjustments if County can verify the change is needed.
